At the recent Wire trade fair in Düsseldorf, SSB introduced one of its 24F03 models, which is experiencing increasing demand due to its high speed, reliable performance and wide tension range.

This 24-carrier medium-heavy braider for cables with a diameter of up to 45 mm is equipped with an integrated, concentric taping machine.
As part of the proven Fo3 braider line, which also includes 16, 32 and 36-carrier units, we can cover a wide range of                   specifications.
Our equipment presentation also included Payoff and Take-up units for reels with a flange diameter up to 1250 mm with tension control via HMI and a motorized traverse roller.
Empty bobbin detection, Temperature control, OPCUA, remote control and various other special requests from our customers were also on board.
In addition to our lighter 16-24 carrier machines, the F03 series represents a reliable option for heavier applications.
