For the first time, wire Eurasia will take place in a special area within Wire Tech Istanbul and SETIC team will be glad to welcome its customers on booth 500D.

SETIC is leader in special, control, data & LAN cables machines through for example its range of Group Twinners enabling all type of pairing process in one step.
SETIC and POURTIER have developed high range of Single twist machines from 630 to 2500 mm representing all our solutions : versatility (LAN, control, instrumentation, data, battery… cable) and flexibility (laying-up, stranding, wire armouring process).
 
High speed Dual single twist lines with one single twist used as pay-off and one as take-up for different size of bobbins such as 1000, 1250, 1600mm) are offering 3 solutions in one line : Full backtwist laying up-line, and 2 separate laying-up lines (possibility to make cable in Multi-passes using a central backtwist pay-off). “This solution offers to our customers the best product quality, a Versatile production line and a Cost-effective solution for all their Instrumentation, Control, Railway, data, Special & Battery cables”.

SETIC High Speed Large Double Twist 2000 mm type “TC 2000-4M” is a very interesting alternative for stranding large bare conductors from 7 to 61 wires up to 1000 TPM, copper and aluminium, round or straight sector (61 wires unilay production (compressed and compacted) up to 400 sqmm Cu and 500 sqmm Alu).
The machine presents a compact and very modern design : all AC motors, single bow, Bluetooth transmission, large pulley for machine and capstan, “Bobbin less solution” with Double Basket Type Pay-offs.

In addition to the large double twist stranders / cablers, SETIC offers a comprehensive range of high speed double twist bunchers. The double twist bunchers 630 /800 mm are designed for bunching 7, 19, 37 wires (Unilay construction) or laying-up of insulated wires for Data/Instrumentation/special cables.
POURTIER focuses on heavy-duty rotating machines (rigid and planetary stranders, single twist cablers, drum twisters) to produce all types of power cables: overhead, High Voltage and Extra-high Voltage and submarine cables.
C2S takes care of all wire & cable production lines, whatever the brand of the rotating equipment and remains the right partner for everyone concerned by a higher level of performances and extended lifetime of its cable machinery.
