Kablomak General Manager Kazım Yaşar, who said the utility model certified automatic winding machine winds 470 meters of cable per minute, added “The machine we have developed does the fastest winding in the world. We are exporting our machine, which has attracted great interest in the domestic market,  to Russia and Ukraine”.
Kablomak, which manufactures automatic and manual coiling, large automatic collectors, extruder lines, cable transfer, coarse and fine wire drawing, single and double reel automatic wire winding machines in its production facility in Akhan Mahallesi, offers its customers the most suitable solutions they need with a wide range of products. Kablomak, founded to provide turnkey factory installation, design, machine design and production, assembly, commissioning, spare parts supply, consultation and services to the cable industry has expanded to foreign markets with its innovative work and has now started exporting to Russia, Ukraine, Africa and the Middle East. The automatic cable winding machine the company has developed and achieved the utility model certification for not only saves time for cable manufacturing companies with its speed but has also contributed significantly to occupational safety.
General Manager of Kablomak Kazım Yaşar pointed out that the automatic winding machine that they had designed and manufactured is the fastest winding machine in the world capable of winding 470 meters per minute and the only machine in the world that can transfer to a spool 1200 mm in diameter added, “We manufacture cable machines according to the needs of our customers with our expert production team and strong administrative staff, using all the equipment required by the technology and information era. The cable winding machine we have developed automatically winds from a spool with a diameter of 2500 mm to a spool with a diameter of 300 mm. This machine, which we developed with the idea of increasing work safety and preventing accidents, has attracted a lot of attention with its features. We have filled our orders for 2022 and are getting new requests for next year”.
Yaşar, who pointed out that Denizli is one of the leading cities of Turkey in terms of cable manufacturing, said “The cable sector being strong develops the machine manufacturing industry.
