All of our work force whether in manufacturing or in quality control are well trained and qualified through our in-house developed MCX program. Our MCX program is so novel and efficient that it was also extended to our customer work force wherein the trained workforce is ready to put on operations. In response to the continuously increasing global demand for our products we are gearing up through 5X program. As a part of this 5X program we have started expanding our manufacturing capacity and executing to doubling our capacity to 40,000 units per month by the end of the year.   This is with the aim of catering to every order received on time and also to bring down the delivery lead times.
Another very special aspect of MIKRTOEK is its specialisation in reconditioning of used dies of any make. The performance of the reconditioned dies serviced by Mikrotek are almost close to new dies. Having experienced this huge advantage, we become the natural choice to all our customers for the reconditioning of their used dies.

At MIKROTEK we have a strong R&D team which is continuously working on developing newer materials that will benefit the Wire industry.
