TelKaTem, which has been providing comprehensive technical and commercial consultancy and representation services for the wire drawing and cable manufacturing industry in Turkey for more than 25 years, announced that they will take their services to the next level with TelKaTem Teknik Servis ve Dış Tic. Ltd. Şti. which started to serve as of 2023. The partners of the company reported that they will directly offer after-sales services such as technical support, maintenance contracts, service and commissioning for the equipment and machinery from the manufacturers they represent in Turkey with this new established company. Barış Uyar, one of the co-founders of the company, emphasized that they aim to provide direct service to their customers in the following years for supplying of original spare parts, and said, "In this way, we aim to meet the needs of our customers with the most comprehensive way by our after-sales services, which are an integral part of customer satisfaction."
Service With Technical Team
Savaş Uyar, another co-founder of the company, said, “With our field engineers, whose training processes are still ongoing at the NIEHOFF company, we will be able to directly provide services such as installation, commissioning, and technical service to NIEHOFF machines very soon. In this way, we aim to be able to respond such needs of our customers more quickly and to support on site in a much shorter time,” he said, adding that they will be able to offer similar services for ROSENDAHL company, which they represent, by increasing the number of engineers in their team in the future.
